How long does a custom order take?
It will depend on the type of item and how intricate the design will be.

My item broke/does not fit right, can you send a replacement?
I take great care in trying to create durable and accurate to your specifications pieces.
I can not send a replacement at this time.
Order Cancellation
If you must cancel your order, you must notify us by email within 24 hours of your order being confirmed.
Refunds
All sales are final.
No refunds shall be made for any order.
How long is shipping?
Standard shipping typically will take 3-7 business days from the day your order is shipped.
Can I meet up with you to get my order?
Yes, if you are in Montreal. Just be sure to choose the pick-up option at checkout!
My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything, why?
If this situation happens, please allow 3 business days after the marked delivery date to see if your package gets delivered. If it does not, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.
Payments
We accept any method of payment offered by Paypal.
Cash is accepted for in-person pickup.
